This course has been conducted since 2002 in accordance with state-licensed program “Health by one’s own hands” (200 academic hours).

The program includes the most effective methods of different traditional health systems such as yoga, Chi Kung, folk medicine, as well as modern preventive methods.

This course is designed for physicians, preventive medicine specialists, students of medical universities and colleges, yoga, Chi Kung, fitness and sport instructors and for those who wants to stay healthy without using any drugs.

 

200 hours Health by One’s Own Hands program includes:

  • General issues on health care and preventive medicine. Components of health.
  • Use of traditional health systems in recreation therapy and rehabilitation.
  • Traditional and modern methods of organism purification.
  • Healthy nutrition. Vegetarianism, mono diet, raw food diet and other systems of healthy nutrition.
  • Herbal therapy.
  • Aromatherapy.
  • Hatha yoga. Exercises, gymnastics, postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and their therapeutic effect.
  • Chi Kung health-improving techniques.
  • Psychic self-regulation.
  • Stress prevention. Stress impact elimination methods. 

Education certificate

After completion of studies, fulfillment of all the requirements and passing examinations a Certificate of Health by One’s Own Hands program instructoris issued.

Modes of study

  1. Full-time education. Monthly seminars on weekends from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m (20 academic hours per month). Length of course is 10 months.
  2. Evening tuition. Monthly seminars (once a month) from Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. Length of course is Length of course is 10 months.
  3. Intensive courses. Two 10-days intensive courses. Off-site training is also possible.
